I would like to see citation shares and AI overviews so that I can see where we are winning. Right now, you can't see which citations we had so far and we lost to our competitors. I am extremely impressed with the prompt issue resolution and the speed at which bugs are addressed; unless it's something more complex, which is understandable, as those things take longer to fix. The consistent new feature launches combined with informative monthly webinars from the product team, make updates easy to understand. Conductor's support team is the BEST, going above and beyond by not just responding thoroughly but also proactively assisting me, even completing tasks I intended to do myself. Bugs are expected with software, though Conductor does a great job fixing them fast. It might be helpful sometimes to have a video/Zoom call with support to show things live rather than submitting screenshots because sometimes it's easier to show it than explain it. Workspaces have allowed us to easily gather all relevant data points in an easy to digest report with valuable insight into traditional search performance as well as AEO performance.
